Feyisayo Alayande
Feyisayo Alayande possesses fourteen remarkable years of Global Banking and Financial Services experience working in Business Strategy Development and Implementation, Business Transformation and Strategic Change functions of Investment Banks and Retail Banks’ Operations within Europe and Africa.
She managed strategic programmes, delivering business processes, product development and technology change globally and across continents whilst working for banks such as HSBC Global Banking & Markets, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and FBNQuest (a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria), earlier on in her career.
Prior to joining the Fund, she was the Head of Products, Digital and Marketing for Letshego Nigeria, an inclusive finance bank, where she developed and managed the rollout of financial products and programmes that granted access to capital to the everyday Nigerian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and individuals.
Adewumi Oni
Adewumi Oni is the Director for Finance and Corporate Services. Prior to assuming the role, he was Head Risk Management, Monitoring & Internal Control at LSETF. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as a Certified Micro Finance practitioner of The Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (CIBN). He has about nineteen years of work experience, cutting across such sectors as Microfinance, ICT, Leasing, Training & Consulting, and Hospitality.
Sherifah Balogun
Sherifah Balogun is a business management professional with a career path spanning close to 12 years of experience in Banking, Enterprise Risk Management, Digital Financial Services and Public-Private Partnerships. Originally trained as a lawyer, she holds an MBA in Global Banking and Finance and a certificate in chartered management.
Presently, Sherifah is the Director of Strategy, Funding and Stakeholder Management at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), an impact-driven programs and coordination agency focused on enabling job creation, entrepreneurial empowerment, and adoption advocacy for sustainable development goals.
In this role, she facilitates instrumental partnerships that lead to fundraising for effective program dissemination, drives optimal organization strategies and effectively manages stakeholders across the board at LSETF. Tactfully leveraging her skills in deal initiation and closure and strategic partnering to develop, manage and deliver partner expectations that harness market opportunities and achieve set goals.
Sherifah’s dedication and proficiencies reflect her capabilities and potential to drive winning projects and re-engineer and deliver on management’s expectations through partner-centricity and collaborative efforts. Oyindamola Egbeyemi
Oyindamola Egbeyemi is the Director of Programmes and Coordination of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, where she oversees the implementation and management of financial and non-financial interventions.
She holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London and is a graduate of the Owner Manager Programme of Lagos Business School (OMP 31). She has a background in education administration and consulting from her previous places of work, The Foreshore School, Ikoyi and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) respectively. At PwC, she worked in the Strategy and Operations unit, engaging with clients including the Cross River and Lagos State Governments as a member of their Governors’ strategic teams.
Simeon Alamu
Simeon Alamu is the Head of Human Resources and administration at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). He is responsible for providing and implementing strategic direction in managing the Human Resources and Administration functions at LSETF.
He possesses over 15 years of experience in human resources, administration, internal control, and compliance. Prior to joining LSETF in 2016 as a Human Resources and Administrative Officer, he worked with Zenith Bank Plc, Oceanic Bank Plc (now part of Ecobank), Wema Bank Plc and Accion Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Simeon is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM) and SAP Certified Associate (Business Foundation & Integration with SAP - Walldorf). He possesses degrees in Business Administration and Secretarial Administration with an MBA in Human Resources Management.
Adekunle Oyenekan
Adekunle Oyenekan is the Head of Risk Management, Monitoring and Internal Control. Prior to assuming the role, he was the Risk Management officer at LSETF. He is responsible for defining the Fund’s risk management framework and establishing guidelines for developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures. He possesses years of experience across Data Analytics, Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Internal Control & Compliance. Prior to joining LSETF, he worked with Accion Microfinance Bank Ltd and Crednet Technologies (Credpal). Adekunle possesses a degree in Economics from Babcock University and a master’s degree in risk management from the University of Lagos.
