Peju Adebajo
Peju Adebajo is an experienced Non-Executive Director and former CEO with a distinguished record of leading complex transformation, turnaround, and strategic renewal across manufacturing, industrials, and renewable energy. She served as Managing Director and CEO of Cement Lafarge Africa plc, CEO of Mouka Ltd, CEO Lumos Nigeria and CEO UTC Nigeria plc. She has also served as Commissioner for Agriculture in Ogun State.
Peju is the Founder of the Climate Governance Initiative Nigeria and serves on the World Economic Forum Council on Climate and Nature Governance.
Peju holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MEng and BSc in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an AMP qualification from INSEAD. She has a Certificate in Advanced Studies from SUMAS in Switzerland, and AI for Business from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School. She has also attended the Business Sustainability Program at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainabilty Management. She is an EMCC Certified Coach at Senior Practitioner level and a Gallups Stength Certified coach.

Hon. Akinyemi Bankole Ajigbotafe
Honourable Akinyemi Bankole Ajigbotafe is presently the Commissioner for the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment in Lagos State, Nigeria. Since his appointment by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, he has played a pivotal role in advancing economic growth, reducing the unemployment rate in the state, and implementing policies aimed at fostering job creation and entrepreneurship. His leadership is marked by a strong commitment to empowering youths, supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and enhancing the skillsets of Artisans and Tradesmen across the State.
As a Political head in the Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment, Hon.Akinyemi Ajigbotafe spearheaded various initiatives designed to bridge the skill gap in critical sectors, creating sustainable employment opportunities, and developed, as seen in the recently commissioned Leather Hub Construction, amongst other initiatives that support economic activities.
His policies and programs reflect his deep understanding of the socio-economic challenges facing Lagosians and his determination to provide long-term solutions that will uplift the State’s labour market and business environment. Prior to his appointment as the Honourable Commissioner, he was the Special Adviser (Non-Cabinet) to the Governor of Lagos State on Community Development, where he drove the strategic vision for Community Development Projects. Eg, he oversaw the distribution of food palliatives to all the communities in Lagos State through the Community Development Association in Conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Systems, which was facilitated by the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
He also facilitated the equipping of the Community Development Council Executives within their Council Headquarters. In 2018, He was made the chairman sub-committee under the directorate of mobilisation for Governor Sanwoolu’s campaign organisation. In 2014, 2019 and 2023, Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe was an Aspirant for the LagosState House of Assembly constituency 01 under the umbrella of APC in Alimosho Federal Constituency. He enjoys focusing on the topics regarding sustainable Wealth creation and employment opportunities that result in national socio-economic transformation.

Hon. Abayomi Oluyomi
Hon. Abayomi Oluyomi, the Honourable Commissioner for Finance, is an accomplished Investment Banker with extensive academic and professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting and Banking. With over three decades of practical experience, he has engaged and interfaced with several International Financial Institutions, Multi-Lateral Agencies, Private Equity firms and Development Institutions globally.
Holding bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Lagos, He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Banker.
Hon. Oluyomi is an accomplished Treasurer with a strong presence in the international financial markets, having worked with institutions like Stanbic IBTC, Union Bank and Chartered Bank, where he was primarily responsible for managing liquidity, profitability, and solvency. He actively participated in funding major infrastructural development and business expansion deals in Power, Energy, Telecommunications, Aviation and Construction in Nigeria.
As the Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Internal Audit from January 2020 to May 2023, he spearheaded a significant transformation, emphasizing professionalism, transparency, competence, and integrity. His pivotal role in managing the financial affairs of Lagos State showcased a commitment to fiscal responsibility and transparency, ensuring efficient resource allocation for the benefit of the state’s residents and a remarkable dedication to public service.
Hon. Abayomi’s visionary leadership contributed to innovative financial strategies, fostering economic growth and infrastructure development within Lagos State. Having participated in policy formulation and implementation of important strategic initiatives in the state, his efforts attracted investments, furthering the state’s economic prosperity.
Dedicated to good governance, Hon. Oluyomi navigated complex financial landscapes, earning respect among colleagues and constituents.
Hon. Oluyomi is a member and fellow of several professional institutions, such as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, with leadership certification from the prestigious Harvard Business School as an added competence and capability stimulus.

Dr. Lateef Aderemi Ibirogba
Mr. Lateef Aderemi Ibirogba, journalist, advertising practitioner and politician. He was the Secretary to Agbado/Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area in Alimosho, Lagos (2004 – 2007). He also served as Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Lagos State (2011 – 2015). He is currently the Zonal Organizing Secretary (South West) of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He holds a PhD in Mass Communication from Babcock University, Ilisan, specializing in Development Communication. Prior to public office, he worked with Daily Times and The Punch Newspapers as a Senior Reporter before joining advertising, working with Promoserve Ltd (Group Head, Client Service) and SAAL Advertising (GM/COO) before setting up Sage Communications Ltd, an advertising and marketing communications concern.

Abayomi Awobokun
Abayomi Awobokun is the Chairman and Co-founder of Konstructum Contracting Company Limited, an EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Installation and Commissioning company focused on the construction, energy, steel and mining industries. Abayomi has been in the energy sector for the last 25 years, working as a chief executive at Oando’s Downstream division, where he was for 11 years and also as founder and chief executive of Enyo retail for 6 years before it was successfully divested. He is an innovative business leader with exceptional stakeholder management and people skills. He has served on numerous boards across various sectors, was alternate chairman of the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) for 2 years, and served on the Deans Council of the prestigious Harvard Kennedy School of Government in the United States from 2019 to 2024.
He is married with three children. He is an awardee of the Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, an awardee of the Tutu Fellowship from the Desmond Tutu Fellowship in South Africa, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Choiseul Fellowship from France and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, Lagos State, Nigeria.

Sinari Bolade Daranijo
Sinari Bolade Daranijo is a seasoned multipreneur, impact investor, and thought leader with over three decades of entrepreneurial experience in Nigeria. As CEO of Sinbol Group, he oversees a diversified portfolio of companies spanning sectors from technology, telecoms, security, manufacturing, oil and gas and export trade consultancy. Sinari also plays a strategic role in promoting employment initiatives, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and export-driven growth. His leadership is further recognised through invitations to high-level speaking engagements globally.
He holds a certification from the Institute of Directors, UK, and is an active contributor to professional bodies like the Nigerian Institute of Training & Development and the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. An advocate for youth empowerment, Sinari is frequently quoted urging young Nigerians to pursue innovation and ethical leadership. His entrepreneurial journey is particularly notable for initiating many ventures with minimal capital, exemplifying resourcefulness and determination.

Solape Hammond
Solape Hammond is a strategic thinker and nation builder with over 25 years’ experience in executive leadership, policy making, management consulting and financial advisory.
She co-founded Impact Hub Lagos, an innovation hub providing workspaces, financial advisory services and capacity building to entrepreneurs as part of a global network of over 20,000 members across 120+ open hubs in 50 countries worldwide. She also founded Ten Talents Limited, a business advisory firm providing strategy consulting and organizational transformation services.
From 2019-2023, Solape was the Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on the SDGs and Investment. She also briefly served as Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, member LASRIC Council and Technical Co-Chair for the Ehingbeti Summit.
Her previous roles include an illustrious consulting career at Accenture, credit administration and risk management at a leading merchant bank and CEO of a pan-African financial advisory firm.
Solape holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD.

Subu Giwa
With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Subu is a results-oriented and self-motivated individual with an excellent track record in Corporate & Commercial Banking, Real Estate Finance, Treasury and Change Management.
She brings on board not only her wealth of experience in strategy formulation but also her strong entrepreneurial streak and depth of knowledge in Real estate project planning, execution and investment. In 2010, driven by her passion for real estate and providing affordable housing solutions, she took on the role of Managing Director at FBN Mortgages, where she spearheaded the turnaround and return to profitability of the subsidiary.
After 4 years at FBN Mortgages, she was appointed as the Managing Director FBN Ghana - where she successfully led the transition and takeover of International Commercial Bank Ghana (ICB Bank ).
She holds an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and an MBA both zfrom the University of Warwick, UK.
Today, she is an accomplished entrepreneur with diverse interests that cut across real estate development, advisory services, and property management solutions. She is also the Founder/CEO, Brookstones Investments and Properties - a real estate investment and advisory services company with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial real estate assets.
She also sits as an Independent non-executive director on the boards of some private sector companies and non-governmental organisations, and was recently appointed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to the Board of Polaris Bank.

Feyisayo Alayande
Feyisayo Alayande possesses fourteen remarkable years of Global Banking and Financial Services experience working in Business Strategy Development and Implementation, Business Transformation and Strategic Change functions of Investment Banks and Retail Banks’ Operations within Europe and Africa.
She managed strategic programmes, delivering business processes, product development and technology change globally and across continents whilst working for banks such as HSBC Global Banking & Markets, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and FBNQuest (a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria), earlier on in her career.
Prior to joining the Fund, she was the Head of Products, Digital and Marketing for Letshego Nigeria, an inclusive finance bank, where she developed and managed the rollout of financial products and programmes that granted access to capital to the everyday Nigerian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and individuals.
