Mrs. Bola Adesola

Chairperson

Mrs Bola Adesola is a highly respected board director and finance professional with over thirty-three years of experience in the banking sector. She has commendable leadership experience and successfully driven expansion in several banks.

She is the Chairman Ecobank Nigeria Limited and Chairman Lagos State Employment Trust Fund.

Feyisayo Alayande

Ag. Executive Secretary

Feyisayo Alayande possesses fourteen remarkable years of Global Banking and Financial Services experience working in Business Strategy Development and Implementation, Business Transformation and Strategic Change functions of Investment Banks and Retail Banks’ Operations within Europe and Africa. 

She managed strategic programmes, delivering business processes, product development and technology change globally and across continents whilst working for banks such as HSBC Global Banking & Markets, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and FBNQuest (a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria), earlier on in her career.

Prior to joining the Fund, she was the Head of Products, Digital and Marketing for Letshego Nigeria, an inclusive finance bank, where she developed and managed the rollout of financial products and programmes that granted access to capital to the everyday Nigerian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and individuals.

Hon. Abayomi Oluyomi

Commissioner for Finance

Mr Abayomi Oluyomi, the Honourable Commissioner for Finance for Lagos State, is an accomplished investment Banker with extensive academic and professional qualifications in Finance. Accounting, and Banking with 28 Years of practical experience, he has engaged with international Financial institutions, Multi-lateral Agencies, Private Equity firms, and Development institutions globally.

Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe

Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment

Akinyemi Bankole Ajigbotafe is the Honourable Commissioner for Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment, Lagos State. Prior to his appointment as the Honourable Commissioner, He was the Special Adviser (Non-cabinet) to the Governor of Lagos State on Community Development where he drove the strategic vision for Community Development Projects.

Mr. Sinari Bolade Daranijo

Mr. Daranijo has over 24 years’ experience in diverse sectors such as telecommunications, safety and security, exploration and production, training and development. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SINBOL Group of companies (A group of SME entrepreneurial ventures and other investments).

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce, Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs, and a fellow at the Nigerian Professional Security Association and Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals. Sinari is a Director at Contact Solutions Limited (trading as “ConSol”), a leading provider of Contact Centre Services and Customer Management Solutions. Mr Daranijo is a distinguished writer with six publications to his credit.

He holds a first degree in Biochemistry, an MBA (with a specialization in marketing) a postgraduate diploma in financial management.

Mr. Idris Olorunnimbe

Mr. Olorunimbe is the Founder/CEO of The Temple Management Company a full-service creative talent and event management company incorporated in Nigeria and operating primarily in the entertainment, sports, media and art sectors.

He has a first degree in law.

Ms. Kofo Durosinmi-Etti

Member

Ms. Durosinmi-Etti is co-founder, Next Generation African Innovative Farms. Prior to this role, she had worked as a Business Planning and Analysis Analyst at Citibank, UK and Finance Analyst at Cisco Systems in addition to other roles. 

She holds a first degree in Economics & Politics, a masters degree in Development and Planning and a Diploma in Agriculture, Water & Crop Management. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

 

Mr. Ronald Chagoury Jnr.

Mr. Chagoury is Vice Chairman of South Energyx Nigeria Limited, part of the Chagoury Group, a multinational business conglomerate and developers of the Eko Atlantic City.

He holds a master’s degree in Engineering.

Mrs. Tatiana Moussalli-Nouri

Member

Mrs. Moussalli-Nouri holds a first degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree each in construction and structural engineering.

She currently serves as CEO of Wazobia TV & Wazobia MAX TV and is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation. Prior to this role, she was Deputy Managing Director at AIM Group, a multi-disciplinary group providing services in Architecture and Engineering Design, Broadcasting (Radio and TV), Communications (Internet Service Provider) and Hospitality and Project Manager at Losinger SA, Bouygues Construction.

 

Mr. Segun Ojelade

Member

Mr  Ojelade holds a first degree in accounting and a master’s degree in international law & diplomacy.

He currently serves as the Managing Partner, Solicitor, Legal Consultant at OJELADE, OBAJE Partners and is a Supervisor for Revenue Generation & Business Opportunities at Bariga Local Council Development Area Pedro Bariga, Lagos.

Segun has experience working with international development agencies, such as USAID-Nigeria, working as the Chief Accountant for the Monitoring, Evaluation & Management System (MEMS). He has also worked with the World ~Bank and other private firms.
